Stop Alcohol Intake to Improve Sexual Health
Posted on November 15th, 2009 No commentsAlcohol intake creates sexual health problem like sexual dysfunction, scarcity of mature sperms, pregnancy problems, and sexual dysfunction in women. To stay away from these sexual health problems, there is only one solution i.e. to stop alcohol intake completely. Otherwise you may get prone to one of these sexual health problems. This would lead to the further ramifications of the problems in the health of the person. Even the relationship between man and woman is being considerably affected due to the sexual health problems.
Ingestion of alcohol is never good for the health. In few studies or in research articles it has been recommended that alcohol intake in limit can turn out to be good for the health. But, I totally discard all these claims because nobody is able to keep the alcohol intake in limit. Once the person starts drinking alcohol he gets addicted to it and you never know when you cross the limits. This is why I recommend staying away from the alcohol. You will be surprised that every year 7% of deaths are noted to the diseases caused due to the alcohol intake. Alcohol puts lot of negative impact on the health of the individual. As the overall health is affected it ultimately puts adverse effect on the sexual health of the individual.
Alcohol intake is generally done through the form of the drinks. As the alcohol enters the body the person feels the euphoria like feeling. His brain is unable to control the activities that it generally controls during the normal state. Alcohol when taken in excessive amount, the digestive system is not able to cope with it. This way it gets mixed with the blood and gets circulated to the different parts of the body. These body parts sometimes react abnormally to the alcohol because they are not used to it. When the alcohol reaches the male reproductive system, the organ reacts abnormally to it. The nerves in it are affected adversely, which looses the control over the system. In this sexual health problem, the man loses the control over the ejaculation i.e. he ejaculates too quickly within 1 to 2 minutes.
The negative impact of the alcohol is observed on the sperm production. Alcohol suppresses the sperm production. It even destroys the mature sperms. This ultimately makes the person infertile. The alcohol content in the body disturbs the enzyme production process in the male reproductive system. Due to this some enzymes are produced in excess and production of few enzymes is stopped completely. The enzyme PDE-5 is produced in too much quantity that ultimately results in the lack of required blood supply to the male reproductive system that causes Sexual dysfunction problem in the men. So, this way the sexual health of the men is completely damaged, thus making him impotent.
Women also face the lot of sexual health problems due to the alcohol intake. Women who drink a lot generally face the problem in conceiving. This is because there ovulation process is being disturbed due to the alcohol intake. The problem of sexual dysfunction is noted commonly among the alcoholic women, which means that the sensitivity of their intimate parts is completely lost. Due to this these women feel completely disinterested in the sex. They fail to attain the orgasm and any sensation during the sexual activity. Alcohol intake should be strictly prohibited by the pregnant women because it may lead to the miscarriage. So, to safeguard the sexual health one should give up the alcohol intake completely.

Stop Hair Loss – Laser hair Therapy
Posted on July 17th, 2009 No commentsLaser hair therapy is there for quite some time and many of us have successfully experienced this also. So we can easily get feedbacks from them on how successful this treatment is. Once you have done this your confidence level will increase.
Laser hair therapy is painless and there is no side effects for this treatment and will start growing your hair immediately. If any one is asking which is the more effective hair loss treatment you can definitely say laser hair therapy.
Hair regrowth treatments can be done for men and women also. Now days women are also experiencing loss problems and that is why hair loss treatments for women are also familiar to stop female hair loss. Now there’s hope for women who are suffering from Thinning Hair or excessive Hair Loss. Laser Hair Therapy (LHT) has been in use in Hair Loss clinics around the world for some time, but with recent organizational approval, is only now being recognized in America as a viable Hair Loss Treatment.
In the past few years clinical studies tested lasers at different wavelengths and pulsing the laser to find the most effective laser configuration for treating Hair Loss. The most common Laser Hair growth therapies now operate at a wavelength in the range 650-670nm, measuring how far the light needs to penetrate the scalp. 650nm is the accepted standard wavelengths approved by the FDA. Also, the more laser diodes or little lasers making up the laser, the better. Most state of the art hair loss lasers have 110 – 160 laser diodes.
Laser Hair Therapy has been found to be useful not only in genetic Hair Loss, but in Hair Loss due to medical conditions such as prescription drug use, or chemotherapy and can clear up scaly, itchy scalp as well.
Even though laser hair therapy is common among people, success of Laser Hair Therapy differs from person to person, as does the patterns of Hair Loss. Each person will achieve his or her own results from voluminous to minimal. Laser Hair Therapy results will depend on how far advanced the occurrence of hair loss is but most studies show well over 90% regrow their hair. One thing for sure, those with thinning hair will minimally find that it halts, or prevents further hair loss. And there will be those who will find that it not only halts, but actually grows back most of the hair that has been lost.
It may seem strange to hear about a laser being used for Hair Regrowth, but this type of Hair Loss Treatment has been around for some time and was discovered accidentally by a scientist in Hungary in 1967. Forty years later and after hundreds of clinical trials Laser Hair Therapy Treatment has now been proven as an effective hair loss treatment by many scientific studies. In 1982 a report was published called “The Growth of Hair Under Laser Influence of the HE-NE Beam”. In the study, patients with Alopecia Areata responded with positive results after only 6 to 8 twice-weekly treatments.
