Lavender oil is also found to be effective in making the hair smooth and supple. Add four to five drops to coconut oil and heat it for a few seconds. Apply the oil gently on the scalp and rinse after one hour. You can spray some beer on the hair, after shampooing, so that it becomes smoother and shinier. Above all, a balanced diet is very important in maintaining the health of your hair. Your diet should be high in proteins, hair vitamins and calcium.
