Very simple to understand, it tells you everything that you NEED to know about the Metabolism, Calories, Anabolism and Catabolism, GI Index, Nutrition and Food Types, Hydration, BMI, Methods to follow, Money saving tips and more. Now that may seem a bit of gobbledy-gook to you, but they have managed to keep it short and simple, while still giving you adequate information.

    The rest of the site features also managed to impress me and I will briefly take you over my findings now. The lifestyle questionnaire is designed to get info about your personal health situation and the team use this in order to give you personal advice on what you can do to improve you quest in weight loss.     The third phase is a life long phase. The dieter needs to know the good food and the bad food and he will have to stick to that without having to stay away from certain food types. Actually nothing is forbidden in this phase.
